Once you work with Myah as your broker, you will never look for another representative. As our representative, she went above and beyond the call of duty: finding us a home, getting repairs done, liaising with the title agent, and negotiating with the seller. Our house purchase was not traditional or easy. Our process spanned 3 months due to seller delays, but Myah skillfully guided us the entire way to home ownership. From the first day we met her, she took us to search for properties at 1 pm, and by 5 pm, we had made a decision and began the offer paperwork. Since that time, Myah has tirelessly advocated for our interests all the way to closing. She gave us undivided attention, kept us abreast of every step, and made us feel like, as clients, we were her only priority. Because of the settlement delays, we were not able to attend the closing in person. Myah, working with our family representative, ensured that everything went smoothly.
